DUTY & HOTEL MANAGER.
Full-time & Casual.

We are looking for a career focused team members with experience in the hospitality industry to join our team at

this 17 room Boutique hotel in the country town of Warwick, 2 hrs. from Brisbane, between Stanthorpe and Toowoomba.

Able to sleep over on a relief basis.
Live in rotating shift available for the right candidate.
Day to day running of hotel, willing to learn all aspects and systems in place and have the
ability to support a keen hospitality team. 
Input your ideas as we grow.

If you have previous cooking experience or was/am a Chef that would be a great advantage.

​
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.
Must have worked in the hospitality industry for at least 2 years.
Excellent communication skills.
Have and can work well within a team.
Some experience in leadership and working unsupervised.
Able to use Microsoft products - excel and word proficiently.
Attention to detail and observant of what is happening around you.
Prioritizing and time management skills whilst working under pressure.
Ability to think on your feet and problem solve.
Neat, reliably, honest and pleasant disposition.
Follow instructions and systems.
Excellent customer service to help our guests get the 'Abbey Experience'
Experience with event management would be an advantage and or

cooking experience in a restaurant to support kitchen if needed in busy times.

Need to supply a current Police Clearance certificate.


WILLING TO LEARN/BE TRAINED IN THE FOLLOWING AREAS.
We will train you in all areas of this business to understand and support all areas when needed.
Handling all aspects of customer service from the initial contact to checking the guests out.
Learn all areas of our housekeeping and back of house duties to support this team when necessary
Teach you some basic maintenance skills that could be required.
Learn our booking system - Little Hotelier.
Learn programs used at the Abbey.
Learn our systems.
And so much more......

HOUSEKEEPER - FRONT OF HOUSE
Part-time.
As the business grows, we are looking for parttime housekeepers and front of house hospitality team members to join the existing team at this 17 room Boutique hotel in the country town of Warwick,
2 hrs. from Brisbane, between Stanthorpe and Toowoomba.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.
Previous hospitality experience preferred, but not essential as we can train.
Available nights and weekends on flexible rosters.
Have and can work well within a team.
Attention to detail and observant of what is happening around you.
Prioritizing and time management skills.
Ability to think on your feet.
Neat, polite, reliably, honest and pleasant disposition.
Follow instructions and systems.
Excellent customer service to help our guests get the 'Abbey Experience'

WILLING TO LEARN/BE TRAINED IN THE FOLLOWING AREAS.
There is on the job training for areas you may not be proficient in or would like to learn & grow in.
Position may entail some or all of the following.
Our systems.
Cleaning.
Washing up.
Full servicing of rooms & bathrooms.
Guest Check-ins
Waitressing.
Bar Work.
Customer service.
